Vanguard Elite Security – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of security services (“Services”) provided by Vanguard Elite Security LLC (“Vanguard”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the associated use of the 3CX communication platform, including voice, video, and texting (SMS/MMS), for dispatch, monitoring, and client support. By engaging Vanguard’s services, the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms.

Service Scope

 

Vanguard provides the following security services as outlined in the client’s Service Agreement:

  • On-site Security Officers
     
  • Mobile Vehicle Patrols
     
  • Remote Camera Monitoring
     
  • 24/7 Dispatch & Emergency Response Coordination
     
  • 3CX Voice, Video, and Text Communication Integration
     

Any services not listed above or not specifically included in a signed agreement must be requested separately and approved in writing.

Use of 3CX Communication Platform (Voice, Video, & Text)

 

Vanguard utilizes the 3CX unified communications platform, which includes:

  • Voice calls for direct communication with dispatch and supervisors
     
  • Video conferencing, as needed for site walkthroughs or escalations
     
  • Text messaging (SMS/MMS) for real-time updates, alerts, and non-critical coordination
     

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure designated contacts are available via phone or SMS
     
  • Do not use text communications for emergency or high-priority incidents (calls are preferred)
     
  • Do not send confidential, sensitive, or protected personal information over text
     

All 3CX-based communications are monitored and archived for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance.

Monitoring & Dispatch

 

  • Remote camera monitoring is provided on a 24/7 basis unless otherwise agreed.
     
  • SMS notifications may be sent for alerts such as door alarms, system failures, or suspicious activity.
     
  • Dispatch is available by voice or text; however, emergencies should always be reported via voice call for immediate response.
     
  • Vanguard is not responsible for missed messages due to client-side carrier issues or undelivered texts.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

 

We take data protection seriously. All voice, video, and text communications via 3CX:

  • Are encrypted and stored in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws
     
  • May be reviewed for incident validation, training, and dispute resolution
     
  • Will not be shared without consent unless required by law or in emergency situations
     

Clients are advised not to send protected personal information (such as health data or SSNs) via text.

Equipment and Infrastructure

 

Client-provided equipment must be maintained in operational condition. Vanguard is not liable for security lapses due to:

  • Offline or malfunctioning client devices (e.g., cameras, NVRs)
     
  • Inadequate internet or cellular infrastructure for 3CX services
     

If Vanguard supplies equipment, maintenance and ownership details are defined in the Service Agreement.
