These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of security services (“Services”) provided by Vanguard Elite Security LLC (“Vanguard”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the associated use of the 3CX communication platform, including voice, video, and texting (SMS/MMS), for dispatch, monitoring, and client support. By engaging Vanguard’s services, the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms.

Clients are advised not to send protected personal information (such as health data or SSNs) via text.
Client-provided equipment must be maintained in operational condition. Vanguard is not liable for security lapses due to:
If Vanguard supplies equipment, maintenance and ownership details are defined in the Service Agreement.
